quick check-in proactive replenishment great effort relaxing days

I was pleased with the quick check-in process. The staff addressed me by name, charming. The room was thoroughly cleaned daily. I appreciated the proactive replenishment of water bottles. It was a nice touch. Chef Urmila Fernandes prepared a local dish for me each morning.. it was always a treat. Asish and Vikash also made a real effort to look after me. Having lunch delivered to my sunbed by the pool was a pleasure. The spa visits were a perfect way to end relaxing days. The location is ideal. It is near many restaurants. A short walk led me to the beach to watch the sunset and enjoy cocktails. The breakfast buffet had many varied options. The buffet was always fully replenished, showing great attention to detail. I really appreciated this.

I faced some issues. The breakfast buffet wasn't great. The pastries were really average and not many choices. I also think there should be more things to do inside, like board games. All they had was a pool table, and it cost extra to use!

The room had super clean bathrooms with fresh towels. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast included a wide range of indian food.

The pool area can get a little crowded at times.
